How We’re Working During The COVID-19 Pandemic
We know that things are very uncertain at the moment, and carrier bags are likely to be low on your list of priorities right now – but we at TPBS want to keep you in the loop about how we’re adjusting how we work over the next few months, so that we can continue to serve you as effectively as possible.
From Monday March 23rd, the whole TPBS team will be working remotely from home. We have set up systems to ensure this doesn’t affect our ordering process, and our hours of business remain the same.
Because of this, we are now unable to send out samples to customers. We apologise for this, and understand it does interfere in our customers’ buying decisions, but feel it’s the safest precaution in terms of allowing our team to stay out of the office.
We also implore all customers to contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org, or our main phone number – 0191 268 7555. All calls are being forwarded to ensure we don’t miss anything.
UPDATE: 24th June 2020
Many of our factories are back up and running, meaning we’re working through all of our enquiries.
A number of members of our team are on furlough however, meaning there may be a slight delay in response time compared to normal. We hope this will be back to normal very soon!
We do ask that you bear with us at this time if any issues arise. We’re committed to doing everything we can to support our customers.
